Refund policy

• We offer exchange or refund only if the product received is damaged or defective.
• To raise a request, please inform us within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.
• A complete opening/unboxing video (from start to end, without any cut, pause, or edit) is mandatory for verification.
• If the product is available, an exchange will be processed.
• If the product is out of stock, a refund for the product value will be issued.
• Requests made after 24–48 hours or without a proper opening video will not be accepted.
